How's your Bouncebackability?
It's certainly been a very challenging time for us all, with the need to find SUPER INNER RESILIENCE!
Do you sometimes just find yourself feeling overwhelmed, exhausted from uncertainty or trying but not seeming to find your way through the fear, the anxiety or the overwhelm?
Does it seem easier to consume more information rather than step into creation?
This is SO TOTALLY NORMAL!
In fact, creativity really does come in waves, like the ocean.
When you feel the wave, ride it and enjoy the energy it brings.
When the tide is out, give yourself permission to rest and reflect.
Just know, another wave will always come!
So that said, here are 5 KEYS to having STRONG BOUNCEBACKABILITY!
Easier said than done right? But so true!
Because really, I like to keep perspective on my existence to help me out with this one - I am one tiny grain of sand on this beautiful Planet.
Really...nobody cares! Be you!
The ego will try really hard to test you here...but just hold onto perspective!
Really you are! Who made up the rule that just because you chose to do that 'thing' at school or university means that's what you're meant to do for the REST OF YOUR ONE LIFE?
It's easy to drop, stop and change your mind when you really apply Key 1 and 2.
So, what are you going to do now?
What dreams have you got?
What have you always wanted to do since a young child?
What have you discovered in adulthood that totally fascinates you and you just HAVE TO try it out?

Your body is a fascinating vessel! One that we often take for granted.
Your energy will always send you physical feelings as messages, but are you listening to it?
Whenever you've found yourself in a hard or painful situation, did you listen to your body when red flags presented itself?
Did you try to justify, excuse or ignore because you wanted to 'see the good in something or someone?'
The truth is: Our intuition is always there for us. Learning to listen to your body's physical manifestations and vibrations is a skill and essential for Resilience.
If we can tune into ourselves, we're able to hit KEY 1, let go and move on! 'NEXT'...as they say.
This is the ultimate key to true inner strength and Bouncebackability.
Something happened, something bad happened, something devastating happened...OK...How long did it take you to give yourself love, compassion, forgiveness, hugs, time out or ask for help?
How long did it take you to speak to your inner child and look after her/him?
We don't know what we don't know, until we know it.
It's a bit like measuring your stamina after a bleep test...how long did it take your heart rate to settle down after the sprint?
This is what I love about life and wisdom...the more you experience, the faster you recover and get back to loving yourself!
Your emotions at each life event are easier to manage every time you work your way up to the next level of the spiral. Why?
Mathematics! The tip of a spiral is smaller than the bottom - each level, each 'set back,' has a shorter recovery distance!
Our inner strength and Bouncebackability is a practice and belief of these five KEY MINDSET POSITIONS. They are intertwined beautifully together, each having an impact on the other.
